Ezekiel Comstock was born about 1740 in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts. His parents were Hazadiah Comstock (1682) and Martha Balcom (1713).

Ezekiel married Martha Arnold (1735-1759) and Mary Russell Greene (1743-1815).

Phebe Comstock (1777).

Ezekiel died about 1780 in Smithfield, Providence County, Rhode Island.
