Clam Chowder




1 can minced clams
2 med Potatoes cut in small cubes
1 small onion chopped fine

Cook potatoe & onion till done in small amout of water

add 1 qt milk (fresh) and clam juice.

Bring to about boiling point

remove from fire

add clams and four or five crackers rolled fine
