Spaghetti and Meat Casserole


A grand main dish for supper.


Brown 1 tbs minced onion in 1 tbs fat

add 1 lb ground beef

cook throughly

add 1 tsp. salt

arrange layer of cooked spaghetti (Heinz) from large (24 oz) can in casserole

Put layer of meat over spaghetti

cover meat with remaining spaghetti, spreading it within 1/2 in of edge of dish

sprinkle with bread crumbs

bake in moderate over (350° f.) 20 minutes
