Nathan Worley

 

York County is in south central Pennsylvania and was created on August 19, 1749 from part of Lancaster County.

Nathan Worley was born about 1730 in York County, Pennsylvania. His parents were Francis and Charity Worley.

He married Abigail Lott.

Nathan and Abigail's children may have included:

Daniel Worley (1753, married Mary Caldwell),
Francis Worley (1755, married Mary Brown),
John Worley (1755, married Nancy Hendry),
David Worley (1756, married Catherine Baker),
Jacob Worley (1762),
Rebecca Worley (1764),
Mary Worley (1768,
Ruth Worley (1772, married Adam Crone))
Nathan Worley (1774).

In 1782 Nathan was in Captain Reinhard Boot's Company from York County, Pennsylvania as well as Francis, Jacob and, James Worley.

In 1787, David Worley witnessed the marriage settlement between Isaac Baker and Mary Head.

In 1810, David, Nathan, Frederick and Thomas Worley were in Washington County, Virginia.
